Welcome to Bespoke Factory, we are a luxury footwear production office for private labels and boutiques, located in Almansa, Spain. We currently manufacture for over 600 luxury brands and sartorial businesses worldwide.

With our vertically integrated technology, we offer our clients the flexibility to order from 1 single made-to-order pair of shoes to full ready-to-wear collections.

We handle everything: packaging, dropshipping, warehousing, and provide our clients with all the resources they need to promote and sell their own luxury shoe and accessory brand.

Through the Bespoke Union project, we can also put you in contact with the best European manufacturers of made-to-measure Suits and Shirts.

Where can I see the catalog and prices?

When you contact us, we will create a personalized demo in our system for your brand so that you can access our catalog of models and prices.

The Backoffice credentials are for your own use as admin

To view all our models and request one or more samples, you must access the backoffice using your credentials.

Once inside, go to the Left menu, select ‘Catalog,’ and choose the production line you prefer based on the production time.

  • 48h Production (Blake Stitched, only 2 business days production)
  • 7 days Production (Original Goodyear Welted, only 7 business days production)
  • 25 days production (Original Goodyear Welted, Blake stitched, Cemented , depending on the style)

We always recommend requesting samples from the 48h or 7-day production, as they will arrive very quickly.

How can I request some samples?

Please Access our Catalog, select the shoes that you like and order it through the backoffice.

This tool is connected to our factories in Almansa, Spain. It is active from the very first minute and gives you the opportunity to place first samples of shoes or accessories to try our quality, products and service

Apply to the PROMO SHOE TREES!

Before placing your first order, remember that there is a special PROMO for new clients!!

Join the PROMO! You will be able to place single orders during 15 days without joining the membership and we will add 1 pair of shoe trees to each pair of shoes, labeled with your brand’s name.

Please keep in mind that if you don’t apply to the PROMO, the software is going to allow you place just 1 pair of shoes, after that payment, you will need to subscribe if you want to order new shoes or accessories from us.

Credit card is required for joining the PROMO, you will have 15 days for placing your orders and after that time, the first subscription month will be charged.

You can cancel the subscription anytime, during those 15 days if you don’t want to continue with us for any reason.

Designing tool. How does that work?

This tool has been designed to choose from over 60 billion combinations and create that highly personalized order you need for your client. To design your pair of shoes from scratch, go to the left menu – Catalog – Designing tool/Full catalog 3D.

How to add my logo on the footwear?

You can engrave your shoes with your own logo or brand name.

Once you place an order and you are going to submit the payment, the system will ask you if you want to engrave your logo on your shoes or not.

You may want to skip this step and receive your first samples unlabeled.

Otherwise, you must choose the option that system is suggesting.

The stamps are iron molds that we develop exclusively for your Brand with your logo. You pay for your stamps once, we create them and save them in our warehouse. Everytime you place a new order, we will use them to engrave all your other orders with those stamps at no extra cost.

We will require a vector file of the logo from your side (.eps, .svg, .pdf) in black color over white background. Colors or tone gradients are not supported. We suggest avoiding thin strokes and small texts. Please use simple logos with thick strokes.

I have doubts or need help

Once we receive the payment of the stamps and your logo image file, our logo specialist will create a set of templates for you to confirm the size, position, and orientation of each stamp.

Once we have your consent, then we launch the stamps to production. The production for stamps takes 4-7 days.

All orders that need stamps will be kept on hold until the required stamps are confirmed and launched to production.

For first orders that require stamps, we need to first créate the stamps and the start with the production, so make sure to add 4-7 days production lead time to that first order. Fort he resto f your future orders, as the stamps are already created, there is no need to add extra days.

Choosing the right size is one of the most important things in the process. We want you to be confident during that process and that’s why we provide you with great tools.

Important notes about measurements and styles:

  • Normally, you should order the same size of the client. Nevertheless, there are some exceptions depending on your client’s preferences and the client’s foot. The best way to measure the foot is always using the try-on set.
  • Exception 1: For Loafers, Slip-ons or Moc Flex, please try to measure the foot carefully. If the client has thin instep, then he probably should order a half or a full size smaller. If you have doubts, request to your Account Manager an extra FREE set of insoles that allows you to adjust the width.
  • Exception 2: We offer 4 lasts and each last have it’s particularities. PLease make sure to choose the same last that you like to order in the size guide.
  • Exception 3: Our try-on set is made in Zurigo Last. As there are some differences between the different lasts we offer, specially with Belgravia and Monti last. Please keep in mind that empthy spaces in the toe are different depending on the last. If the client has thin instep, the foot can move forward to the top, to that empty space. . If you have doubts, request to your Account Manager an extra FREE set of insoles that allows you to adjust the width.
  • Exception 4: The slippers, and especially the Wellington last, are more fitted than the men’s dress lasts. Therefore, make sure to measure your client’s foot properly and compare it with the try-on set or the size chart. It is likely that your client will not wear the same size in an oxford as in one of our slippers with the Wellington last.

Remember that you have the size chart and also a try-on set of slippers available for purchase in the Bazaar store.

Again, if you are not 100% sure about the right size, please request FREE extra insoles. This product allows you to adjust half or a full size if it is necessary, and tends to solve all those sizing issues.

Customized Packaging and accessories

The standard wholesale Price that you see in the top right of the tool includes a standard black packaging unlabaled.

Otherwise, if you would like to personalize your packaging, we can make it for an extra cost.

You can select the box color and the logo color. 10 boxes made in just 7 working days. We will sabe the boxes in our warehouse and use them for your orders. 75€ stamp requested, on-off payment.

Customized accessories we can offer to your brand:

Swatch Boxes

If you own a physical boutique or are a traveling tailor, we recommend purchasing our material sample boxes. This way, your client can appreciate the colors and textures in their own hands before sending the order to production.

Individual and Group shipping options

You can ship every MTO order separately or you can group orders for invoicing and shipping purposes to save on shipping costs. This option is only available for orders with the same shipping address.

Please note that if you use group shipping option, the shipping batch will be shipped only after all orders are finished.

Only “pending” orders are suitable to be grouped together. So, you have to decide in advance which orders should be shipped together.

Membership

Now that you have tried our service and received the first samples, you will need to subscribe to our membership to continue ordering pairs and accessories and gain access to our production program.

Our business model includes a monthly membership of €95, granting access to our Bespoke Union Program.

Selling online: Ecommerce-Dropshipping option

Ecommerce integration allows you to sell a large variety of our products in your webpage as “ready-to-wear” items.
We compiled a library of dozens of shoe styles, handcrafted by artisans in Spain with premium materials. You can choose the styles you like to most, download them to your webpage and start selling.

Each item in the library includes descriptive text, product images, lifestyle pictures, and videos.
We provide all the tools and assets required for you to easily upload these styles to your own ecommerce, and start selling them online.

Each order placed in your store is automatically fulfilled on our side and dispatched to your customer on your behalf.
