Our Family is Growing!
We are happy to announce that the BF family is growing! Mario Rodriguez (@mr.patina) will be working with us as Lead Colorist on the new Bespoke Factory’s Patina Workshop, along with Priscila, his «mentorée».
Meet Mario Rodriguez
Born and raised in Almansa, Mario has been actively working as a patina maestro on his own workshop for the last 8 years. He is behind the hand made patina department of top luxury brands, like Andres Sendra.
“My dad was a footwear pattern maker his whole life, and therefore I have grown up in an atmosphere surrounded by sketches, pencils and leather scent. I owe my great affection for shoes to him, and I will always be grateful to my dad for that.”
New Patina Workshop Corner
Take a look at new facilities we are setting up in Almansa! First, the new patina workshop, were Mario and Priscila are currently working. And the quality control corner, were all shoes and accessories are inspected and finished, before being moved to the packaging & shipping room.
Foot ID & 2019-20 Roadmap
Our team is actively developing additional tools and services around MTM (made-to-measure). You will have access to the 3D scanned data of all your customers for data mining purposes. Also, Made-to-Measure insoles will be available to order along any MTM order.
Additionally, we are developing a data-driven best-fitting algorithm using Machine Learning technology, that will offer size recommendations for standard MTO orders. Stay tuned for upcoming releases!
