What is Fast Lane?
Fast Lane is our 1-Week production service for individual —single order— custom MTO Goodyear Welted shoes.
We envisioned Fast Lane as the perfect counterpart of our Standard MTO shoe production service, which averages about 3-4 weeks production time for single custom orders.
What can I produce?
Fast Lane offers blazing private label fast production time (6-8 days) and a large variety of customizing features, beginning with 4 shoe lasts and 19 shoe styles, which includes men dress shoes, boots and sneakers. You can choose between 14 different sole units and 3 welt styles —available in multiple colors— and different types of materials, including all our hand painted patina textures and colors. Special heel height, extra wide EE, and burnishing are also available.
How it works?
Shoes are partially pre-produced on our side. Shoe pieces are kept in stock in our warehouse, and then the shoes are produced and finished after your order.

We are here to fill the gap between traditional and modern private label manufacturing. We are a vertically integrated, multidisciplinary, full-service production office.
What We Offer
Using your own label, you will be able to produce with us from one single unit (Made-to-Order) to small batches of BULK Ready-To-Wear Collections. Single orders will be handcrafted in just 3-4 weeks for Standard MTO orders, or 1-Week for Fast Lane orders. They will be inspected and sent to you (or your customer) together with any other accessory and/or service that you may have requested.

Artisan Shoe Construction Methods
There are three basic methods of shoe construction: cementing, Blake welting, and Goodyear welting. For our Men's Dress collection, we use both Blake and Original Goodyear welting methods. Each of them has its advantages, and defines how the sole is attached to the upper.
When talking about high-end footwear, the Goodyear Welt is often contrasted with the Blake stitch. With the Blake stitch, the upper is sewn directly to the sole, and it generally creates a more flexible type of shoe. On the other side, Original Goodyear Welting process has been associated with excellence and superior workmanship, involving +50 craftsmen and +100 handcrafted phases on each pair.

A vast repository of materials: Suedes, Sartorial Fabrics, Hand Painted Leathers, Hand Made Patina Crust, Polished Calfs, Patent Leather... etc. We have partnered with the best leather suppliers in order to provide the bewst raw materials. You can also send us your own custom materials, which will be digitized and uploaded to your designing tool for your brand's exclusive use!
Your Own Private Labeled 3D Designing Tool
Configured with your brand logos, it works in any desktop or mobile device on the market. You and your customers will be able to design and submit orders using this tool, which features a fully customizable interface and workflow in order to meet your brand's look. Everything is customizable!
Publishing Your Designing Tool Online
You can choose to work in "admin mode", where you (as admin) will be the only one submitting orders. Alternatively, you might want to enable public access, to allow end customer orders on your boutique. In that case, you should know that we currently offer 3 different ways of publishing your designing tool, depending on your existing infrastructure and which level of integration you would like to accomplish. Standard Link
By default, we will provide you with a default link (yourbrand.bespokefactory.com) to access your designing tool and submit new orders. You can share this link with your customers. If you already own a custom domain (ie www.yourbrand.com) or you purchase one, we can configure it to access your tool, effectively eliminating the "bespokefactory" trace from your links.

Embeded Iframe
If you already have a basic site with your own domain, you can seamlessly embed your private labeled designing tool directly into your website using an iframe.This method provides a good level of integration since visitors will stay on your website while designing their styles, and jump to our unlabeled checkout and payment gateway (paypal) to complete the purchase.

Plugin Integration
Our teach team can integrate our tools with your existing ecommerce using a custom plugin available for Prestashop, Woocommerce and Shopify. Customers will stay on your website through all the designing, checkout and payment processes, and orders are transferred from your ecommerce to our backend system automatically. This method provides the highest level of integration.

Patina is an art crafted and designed for shoes by Olga Berluti in the 80’s. She thought nothing was more beautiful than a shoe burnished by time itself, a shoe whose color was partly worn away. “Only those possess a soul,” she said.Our patina technique, provided by Mario Rodriguez, one of the best patina artists of the country, starts with a very specific type of crust leather. Colors are given by hand, applying natural pigments, and using different types of handmade techniques, to create different textures.

From luxury dressing shoe styles to casual, sport or specialty shoe collections (golf shoes, natural jute espadrilles, etc). Luxury Travel Bags, Handbags, Belts and small Leather Goods like cigar cases, phone cases... etc.All our items are handmade in Spain using the best selected leather skins and sartorial fabrics. Small & Large Batch Production
Besides Made-To-Order (single unit) manufacturing, we can also accommodate BULK and Mini-BULK productions. From large batches of thousands of pairs a year to small mini bulk orders of +10 Units, all private labeled with your brand's logo.
Standard Mini Bulk
Use your 3D Designing Tool to create any design from our available styles, and order a batch of +10 items per design to access bulk pricing. During the design process you will be presented with both, MTO Price (single unit ordering) and BULK Price (small batch ordering). Orders will be private label produced with your band's logo.
Ready-to-Wear Platform
To extend our styles offer, we have compiled a repository of seasonal shoe styles, with unique sole units, shoe lasts, materials...etc. The RTW platform includes hundreds of styles with lifestyle & studio pictures, ordering price (volume based) and MOQ info. You will be able to order small batches of RTW items (private labeled) using this platform.
Custom Bulk Production
We can design and produce your own shoe styles, using your own shoe lasts, materials... etc. We can also help during the developing and testing processes before production. No boundaries on what can be done here. Prices will be quoted for each separate production.

- 3D Shoe Designing Tool Interface Dozens of types of shoes and accessories (belts and travelbags) are available for you and your customers to create your own designs. All shoes and accessories will be private labeled with up to 60 Billion different materials/colors/designing/soles units combinations. - Get-Inspired Platform. A beautiful compilation of more than 500 unique shoe designs available for ordering, aimed for inspirational purposes. - Both designing platforms are connected to our own custom-made e-commerce, where you and your customers will finalize the checkout process. End customers will also submit their payments directly to your account
- MTO (Made-to-Order) Production: we will handcraft any order submitted through your designing tool in a matter of weeks. You are able to submit individual orders, one by one.
- BULK (Ready-to-Wear) Production: with a minimum quantity of 10 pairs, we are able to produce small batches of your own designs. Creating your own Ready-to-Wear Collection has never been that easy.

- Your own materials: from exotic leathers to exclusive silks, new materials can be converted into 3D format and added as options for the Bespoke Platform Materials Selector Tool. These new materials will remain exclusive use of the owner/designer.
- Your own customized template: The look/image of the interface can be totally customized to meet the private label’s requirements in terms of image. Bespoke Interface can be integrated into the private label’s existing web sites, in trying to match image and story.
- Your own shoe designs. In addition to the styles we offer in our Bespoke Online Platforms, private labels can add their own shoe designs into our bespoke site and iPad app. We will manufacture these new styles and convert them into 3D format to be used in Bespoke Platform. These new designs will remain exclusive to the owner – private label and will never be offered to other MTO Program partners.
