Having received lots of questions about our service status and future plans during the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to send a message of calm and transparency. Find below some bits of information that you might find interesting.
Production as usual
First of all, Bespoke Factory’s production and fulfillment services are currently working at full speed –as a matter of fact, we are breaking MTO production records each month. Rest assured, all your MTO and BULK orders will be produced on time.
Supply chain and stock
Our suppliers are mostly located within Spain –with a few exceptions in France– which ensures the supply of raw materials and leathers. Nevertheless, our sourcing department has already considered all scenarios and stocked up accordingly to keep operating as usual under any circumstances.
Unaltered freight services
Due to recent political and media commotion about travel bans, we would like to emphasize the fact that freight services remain completely unaltered. Merchandise will continue to be shipped door-to-door to all countries using both express air and ground DHL services. No delays or restrictions to cargo flights are currently foreseen in any country.
Coronavirus in Almansa
As of today –March 12th– there is zero risk of coronavirus in the town of Almansa, where our main factory and offices are located. Meaning, there is no a single case of infection in our town. Local authorities have sent a message of calm to the population of this small town –located deep in the country side of La Mancha– at the same time that safety countermeasures have been deployed to prevent any infection from the outside.
Our team will keep working on improving our production line and streamline our operations to offer better service time and product quality.
