Scheduled Festivities & Service Interruption Notice

We would like to remind you that local festivities in Almansa, Spain, are scheduled from April 29th to May 6th.

During these days, our main offices and customer service (which is located in Elche) will remain fully operational. However, as the town of Almansa shuts down completely for the entire week, our main factory will also remain closed.

This year, however, we are committed to keep some of the key manufacturing departments of the factory open during the holidays, which will lead to a decrease in delayed orders.

Leather hand cutting and sewing departments will both remain fully operational. That is, orders will continue to be cut and sewn during those days.

Also, we would like to remind you that orders placed are strictly queued for production, that is, orders placed first are launched for production first.
