Black Week 2025 Promo – Terms & Conditions

Promo Code: BFGFRIDAY
Promotion Period: 26 November – 1 December 2025
These Terms & Conditions govern Bespoke Factory Group’s Black Week 2025 promotion. By participating, you agree to the rules stated below.

1. Promotion Period

  • The Black Week promotion applies exclusively to orders paid between 26 November 2025 and 1 December 2025 (both dates included).
    Orders created before or after this period do not qualify, regardless of submission date.

2. Reward Structure

  • A single discount code is generated per qualifying paid order, regardless of the number of items included.
  • The value of the discount code will be 15% of the total value of all eligible MTO items contained within that order.

2.1 Requirement to Enter Promo Code BFGFRIDAY

To qualify for the reward code generation:

  • The customer must enter the promo code “BFGFRIDAY” during checkout when placing their order.
  • If the BFGFRIDAY code is not used during the order, no reward code will be generated, and it cannot claimed afterwards.

This requirement applies to all orders during the Promotion Period.

2.2 Redemption Window

  • Reward codes may be redeemed from 2 December 2025 until 28 February 2026 (both included).
  • Codes cannot be redeemed before or after this window under any circumstances.

3. Eligible Products

The promotion applies to the following items, produced as single-unit Made-to-Order (MTO):

  • MTO footwear (1 pair per order)
  • Belts
  • Accessories (non-bag items)

All eligible MTO items inside a single paid order contribute to the calculation of the 15% reward code value.

4. Excluded Products & Services

The following categories are not included in the Black Week promotion:

  • Bulk or Mini-Bulk orders
  • Bags
  • Any products made with exotic leathers (alligator, python, ostrich)

Reward codes generated from qualifying orders also cannot be applied to these items.

5. Discount Code Terms of Use

All discount codes issued during Black Week 2025 are subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Validity
  • Codes are valid only within the Redemption Window stated above.
  • Codes may be used exclusively for MTO orders.
5.2 Usage Limits
  • One (1) coupon per purchase.
  • Single-use only. Each coupon is automatically disabled after one redemption.
  • Codes are personal and non-transferable.
5.3 Value Conditions
  • If the coupon value exceeds the total payable amount, the remaining balance is forfeited.
  • Unused coupons after 28 February 2026 expire automatically and cannot be reinstated or converted into store credit.
5.4 Manual Entry
  • Customers must manually enter the code in the “PROMO CODE” field at checkout.
  • Bespoke Factory Group is not responsible for orders completed without applying a valid code.

6. Generation & Delivery of Discount Codes

  • One discount code is generated per qualifying order.
  • Codes are automatically issued after payment and sent to the customer via email.
  • Customers are responsible for saving and keeping their codes safe.

7. Payment Method Requirement

  • To qualify for the promotion and receive a reward code, the order must be paid using credit card payment method.
  • Payments made with any alternative methods (e.g., bank transfer, wallet balance, split payments, or any non–credit card instrument) do not generate a reward code.

8. Limitations & Liability

  • Bespoke Factory Group reserves the right to verify eligibility and to reject improper or fraudulent use of discount codes.
  • The promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
  • Bespoke Factory Group may modify or cancel the promotion due to operational, legal, or technical reasons without prior notice, without affecting codes already issued.
