SEASONKICKOFF PROMOTION
Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The SEASONKICKOFF promotion is valid from August 10 through August 23, 2026, inclusive.

2. Discount

Customers will receive 10% off eligible orders by entering the promotional code: SEASONKICKOFF

The code must be applied before payment is completed.

3. Eligible Production Services

The promotion applies to eligible footwear orders placed through any of our production services:

  • Standard MTO
  • Fast Lane MTO
  • 48h Rush MTO

4. Eligible Products

The promotion applies exclusively to eligible men’s and women’s footwear manufactured through Bespoke Factory Group’s own production programs.

5. Exclusions

The promotion does not apply to:

  • Handbags
  • Belts
  • Accessories or any other non-footwear products
  • Styles within the Shoe Ladies Legacy category
  • Products made with exotic leathers or exotic materials
  • Products supplied by Invited Brands, including Wira

If an order contains both eligible and excluded products, the discount will apply only to the eligible items.

6. Order and Payment Requirements

To qualify for the promotion, orders must:

  • Be submitted during the Promotion Period
  • Include the code SEASONKICKOFF
  • Meet the product and production-service eligibility requirements
  • Be confirmed and fully paid no later than August 23, 2026
  • Be reviewed and validated by Bespoke Factory Group

Unpaid, partially paid, cancelled, incomplete or non-eligible orders will not qualify.

The discount cannot be applied retroactively to orders paid before the promotional code was entered.

7. Production Schedule

Bespoke Factory Group’s factories will remain closed for the summer break during the Promotion Period.

Eligible confirmed and fully paid orders will be reviewed and entered into the production planning system during this period.

Production will resume on August 24, 2026, and promotional orders will be released into manufacturing according to a FIFO — First In, First Out — production queue.

Orders confirmed and fully paid earlier will receive production priority over orders completed later. Production priority does not guarantee a specific completion or delivery date.

8. Final Validation

All promotional orders are subject to final validation by Bespoke Factory Group.

Bespoke Factory Group reserves the right to remove the discount from any product or order that does not meet these Terms and Conditions, has been incorrectly classified, or results from misuse or a technical error.

All orders remain subject to Bespoke Factory Group’s standard production, payment, modification, cancellation and delivery terms.
