Being able to add your own custom reference to an order is a feature that our partners have requested for a long time. We are happy to announce that “Order Alias” is now a reality! You can enter your own custom order reference (max. 35 chars) when placing a new order. Look for the “Custom Reference” field on the last checkout step.
The alias feature has been developed for your convenience. It’s an easy way to mark orders with your own reference number, the customer nickname, or any other kind of reminder that helps you uniquely identify an order.
The order alias will be shown on the backoffice: you can search and filter orders based on the custom reference field. Also, the custom reference will be printed on the shoe box label tag, so you can easily sort orders on arrival.
