Stenciling is a technique for reproducing designs by passing ink or paint over holes cut in cardboard or metal onto the surface to be decorated.
This handmade technique is carried out pair by pair in our facilities, by the same artisans in charge of the hand made patina finishing.
Each shoe piece is hand painted with special paints developed for this purpose by means of templates created by Bespoke Factory.

The 3 Categories of Stencil
We offer three categories of Stencils: Sticker, Background and Camo.
The Sticker is a simple design placed individually in a shoe piece.
The Background is a repetitive pattern, which is applied to the whole shoe piece.
And finally, the Camo is a special type of repetitive background made out of multiple layers. Each of these layers can be individually customized with a custom color.
Available Motifs & Colors
We have compiled dozens of stencil designs and patterns. They are loaded by default on all platforms, and free to use.
You will be able to apply these patterns individually on each separate shoe piece, and also customizing the colors.
Stencil 3D Design Interface
We developed a new interface for the Stencil Control. First, look for the Stencil category on the main style selection screen and choose one of the available shoe styles.

Styles & Materials
Stencils can be painted over a variety of calf leathers, including Box Calf, Painted Calf, Painted Full Grain and Painted Pebble Grain.
At the moment, stencil is only available for the Sneakers collection (Men & Women), however, we plan on extending this to other shoe styles on the future. Stay tuned!
Submit Your Own Designs
I bet that you immediately thought about some awesome designs that would look great on your shoes.
We got it! You can create your own stencil styles to be uploaded to your private label designing tool.
Read our Custom Stencil Motifs article to learn more about this process, but find below some tips.
To create a custom stencil template we need to start with a valid stencil artwork. This artwork should meet some specific Stencil Image Requirements.
If you can provide such file, the cost of creating the stencil template out of it, and upload it to your private label platform is 17 EUR per design (one time fixed cost).
If you are not a photoshop master, we offer a separate service to convert any photograph to a valid stencil artwork image. The cost of this service is 19 EUR per image.
To clarify, in this case, the total cost of image conversion (19 EUR) + stencil template creation (17 EUR) will be a one time fixed cost of 36 EUR.
