Following the launch of the Ladies Legacy Shoe Studio, we would like to share a few important details to help you better understand the product and selling process.
All ladies orders are delivered by default in a black unbranded box. If requested, this same box can be developed as a private label version with your logo stamped on the lid, available in silver or gold finishing.
Ladies shoes are also packed in a standard unlabeled white dust bag, which is not customizable at the moment.
Branding on the product follows a different approach compared to men’s styles. Your logo or brand name is engraved on the insole (after cliché development), while no branding is applied on the outsole.
Sizing is based on EU sizes across the collection, with specific exceptions depending on the last. You can download the size conversion chart directly from your Backoffice on the Size Guideline section.
If you have any doubts, we recommend using the try-on set available in the Bazaar section to ensure accuracy when selling.
Finally, selected styles are compatible with our Clip&Go accessories—interchangeable decorative brooches designed to be easily attached to the toe using a secure clip system, allowing you to switch and customize the look instantly.
These accessories can also be ordered individually through the Bazaar section.
If the new styles are not showing up on your platform, please, review your Admin Panel configuration —in case you need to activate them and set retail prices— or contact our tech team.
