Our clients have been requesting this feature, and we are excited to offer it as a solution to enhance your payment experience with us.

With “My Wallet,” you can add credit to your account, which will be stored until you decide to use it. This feature ensures a seamless payment process, avoiding any possible payment issues, and making transactions faster. Additionally, you can easily track your expenses and available funds at any time, providing you with peace of mind.

To add funds to your wallet, simply wire the desired amount to the BFG bank account. Once we receive the funds, we will credit your wallet automatically. To check your available funds, go to the “Account Settings” section under the left menu, and you will see your available funds highlighted in a blue box on the top right side of your corporate settings.

Moreover, we have implemented a traceability section to verify all transactions you carry out using your wallet. This feature ensures transparency, and you can quickly view all the transactions you have made within the BFG universe.

To begin using “My Wallet,” please log into your backoffoce and follow the instructions to add funds to your account. Please keep in mind that it may take up to three days to process the transaction.
