We would like to announce the addition of the new Storm Welt to our current welt style options.
Until now, we had 3 welt styles available: Blake Dress, City and Country. The new Storm welt style is available for most of our Goodyear Welted shoes, with just a few restrictions due to manufacturing constraints.
In well-constructed shoes, the welt is a strip of leather which runs along the perimeter of the outsole. Its primary function is to attach the upper to the outsole and create a greater durability.
You can find the new Storm Welt on the Sole / Welt selection widget, located on the right-bottom part of the 3D Designing Tool. Here, depending on the restrictions applied to the particular shoe style being designed, you will be able to choose between the different welt styles available.
As usual, the welt can be color customized with Black, Brown, Brick and Natural colors, and ordered as MTO (individual order) as well as BULK (small batches of 10+ units per style). Every order will be private labeled under your own brand.
