We are glad to announce the introduction of RUSH production service for men / women slippers and Belgian slippers
Rush Service – 15 Days Lead Time
We have been focusing on streamlining our slippers manufacturing process during the last months. We are now ready to offer a fully reliable RUSH service for your slipper orders. Choosing the new RUSH production service while placing an order means that your slippers will be manufactured in approximately 15 days, as opposed to the standard 3-4 weeks production time. Please, bear in mind that PATINA orders are not eligible for RUSH production.
Rush Fee on your MTO orders
A fee of 50 EUR will be charged on your order when selecting the RUSH production service for slippers. We are planning to extend the RUSH service to other shoe styles but there is no estimated release date yet for this option.
How to place a RUSH order
During the order checkout, you will be presented with the available production types (standard or rush). If the RUSH service is not visible during checkout, you are probably ordering a shoe style that is not eligible for RUSH production.
Enable RUSH orders for end customers
By default, RUSH orders are only enabled for ADMINS (boutique owners). If you would like to enable rush orders for end customers you should activate that feature on your company’s configuration panel: Management > Set up your data > Options
